At Senior Rehab & Recovery Center at Limestone Health Facilty, we have had no new cases of COVID-19 among residents, and our last recovered resident was on September 11, 2020. We are accepting new residents and short term rehab patients while continuing to test employees twice weekly and our residents every week. Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our entire staff, we have remained COVID-FREE and look forward to a more normal routine as CMS guidelines allow.
